AstraZeneca R & D Boston - Waltham MA
TGG provided geotechnical engineering services for the state-of-the-art AstraZeneca R&D Boston facility. The facility is located just outside Boston near Route I-95 and was completed in 2000. In 2003, two new buildings were added, bringing the facility’s total square footage to 250,000. AstraZeneca R&D Boston focuses on the discovery of new medicines for cancer and infectious diseases.

Waterford Commons - Waterford CT
Waterford Commons is a 55 acre site, with 44 acres under development that will contain approximately 400,000 square feet of retail building space. With tenants like Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Ruby Tuesday’s to occupy some the proposed retail mall, Waterford Commons is sure to be a popular stop for local shoppers.

TGG provided planning, design and construction phase geotechnical engineering services for EMC’s 126±-acre corporate campus development. The project consisted of the design and construction of 350,000 and 600,000-square feet of office/research space.

Home Depot - Providence Rhode Island
TGG provided geotechnical engineering services for the design and construction of a 136,000± square foot Home Depot Store in Providence, Rhode Island. Several 4-story manufacturing buildings supported on piles and spread footings originally occupied the site. The site geology consists of shallow fills overlying organic silts, which in turn are underlain by flood plain deposits of medium dense to loose sands and silts. Groundwater elevations typically ranged from 4 to 8 feet below existing grades.
